Hidden Toyota Easter Eggs You Might Not Have Known

When it comes to Toyota trucks and SUVs, there’s more than meets the eye. Beyond the rugged design and dependable performance, Toyota has tucked away some pretty cool hidden “Easter eggs” that fans and owners love to discover. Here are a few you might not have known about:

🚙 Toyota Tundra
Look closely at the windshield of the Tundra, and you’ll spot a mountain design with a secret message written in Morse code. Decoded, it says “bad a** trucks”—a fitting tribute to the Tundra’s tough reputation. On top of that, the Tundra makes life easier with a handy automatic trunk opener and a step that extends from under the truck for quick access.

🛻 Toyota Tacoma
Pop open the hood of a Tacoma and you’ll find something adventurous hidden in plain sight: the exact coordinates of Mt. Rainier. It’s a subtle nod to trail riding and off-road adventures—the kind of journeys the Tacoma was built for.

🚙 Toyota 4Runner
The 4Runner has a clever Easter egg of its own. Near the steering wheel, there’s an interior spot specifically designed to hold an accessory light. On the exterior cover of that spot, you’ll even find Morse code that reads “accessory ready,” letting you know exactly where to hook it up.
