Meet The Team

Sabastian Enriquez joined Mills as a Sales Consultant on May 7, 2024. His journey to this role is marked by a diverse range of experiences, including working as a Gas Station Cashier and performing farm work during high school for his friend’s uncle. 

Originally from Carrizo Springs, Texas, Sabastian graduated from BOLD High School in Olivia. His practical experience in various jobs has equipped him with valuable skills and a strong work ethic. 

Coming from a large family, Sabastian is the fifth of nine siblings, with six brothers and two sisters. Family is a central aspect of his life, and he cherishes the time spent with them. In his leisure time, Sabastian enjoys fishing, even though he humorously admits he’s not the best at it. His commitment to family and his interests in outdoor activities reflect his grounded and personable nature. 

Originally from Buffalo, Minnesota, Cole moved to the area in 2015. After gaining early work experience as a dishwasher and later at a convenience store during high school, he found his passion in sales at Mills where he started January 30, 2024. 

Cole married his wife, Elisa, in January 2022, and together they welcomed their first daughter in October of that year. Though he was homeschooled and didn’t attend college, Cole’s hands-on experience and dedication make him a valuable team member. 

In his free time, Cole enjoys spending quality time with his family, watching movies and TV shows, and indulging in video games. His warm personality and commitment to customer service help create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone he meets. 

A veteran of 20-plus years in the car business, Rick returns to Mills after working more than two years as used car manager at the former Swenson Motor Co., Willmar. And, he’s never really left home, having been born/raised in Willmar, and graduating from Willmar High School. Rick is also a graduate of Hamline University with a degree in economics. His automotive career started at Manley Auto Center, Willmar, which later became Mills Auto Center. Rick and his wife, Linda, have one son and six grandchildren. He plays golf and enjoys watching his son drive in drag races.
